Each coach/volunteer must also submit ONE of the following forms

  For ALL coaches/volunteers who have direct contact with youth 17 & under during club practices/activities.
  
  USATF-NJ has implemented a required online Background Screening for all Coaches and Volunteers in clubs with members 18 years or younger. Click here for more information and to begin the background screening process. All questions about the NJ Background Screening program must be directed to TCLogiq. Please do not contact the USATF-NJ office for details or help on the background screening process as we do not have access to any of the information.
