SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY - Some New Jersey members of USATF came home with medals from the USATF National Masters 5 kilometer cross country championship that was held at Saratoga Spa State Park on Sunday, October 15, 2006.

Bringing home the gold for his win in the M55 division was Roger Price who finished eleventh overall in the M50, M55 race with a time of 17:27. Also winning gold were members of the Shore Athletic Club's W40 team with Jill Evarts (19:07), Lauren Rhatigan (19:37), and Christine Gaeta (19:57) as the scoring members of their team.

Shore AC was well represented with their M50 team placing fifth with scoring members Michael Mooney (17:54), Dave Hoch (18:00), Bill Scholl (18:04), Tony Plaster (18:47) and James Segal (19:04) the top five scoring members, and they also fielded an M70 team who came in second with Dick Hill (22:45), Ralph Garfield (23:14), and Bill Butler (24:28).
