 Awards: Medals for top three individuals in each age group and ribbons for the top 20 finishers.
 Pre-Registration: All pre-registrations must be received by Wednesday, November 8, 2000.
 Post-Registration: Closes ½ hour prior to scheduled race.

Entry Requirements & Fees: 1) Proof of Age: copy of birth certificate or passport; 2) Entry Fee: of $4.00; 3) USATF Membership Number; USATF membership is required to compete in this meet.  If you do not have a membership you can obtain one on race day by contacting the USATF Office at (732) 296-0006. Memberships are also available at www.usatf.org/assoc/nj. Membership may be obtained onsite the day of the meet. Membership fee is $12.00.

I attest and verify that I/my child am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the competition of this event and me/my child’s physical condition has been verified by a licensed MD. DIRECTIONS

DIRECTIONS: Directions from North Jersey: 295 South to Route 42 South to Route 55 South to exit 32A (Landis Avenue, Vineland) to 3rd Traffic Light turn right (Route 47 South) to 3rd Traffic Light turn left on Elmer Road.  Continue East to South Vineland Park on the right (across the street from Progresso Foods). If you have traveled to the stop sign you have gone too far.

Directions from Pennsylvania (Philadelphia): Use the bridge of choice to NJ (Rt. 76 or 676) to Route 42 South to Route 55 South. Follow directions from North Jersey.

Directions from Pennsylvania (Chester/Media): Route 322 to Commodore Barry Bridge into New Jersey to Route 55 South.  Follow directions from North Jersey.

Directions from Cape May County (Ocean City/Sea Isle City): Route 50 North to Route 49 West to Route 55 North to Exit 29 Route 552 East (Sherman Avenue) 2nd Traffic Light turn left (Delsea Drive (Rt. 47), North), to 1st Traffic Light turn right (Elmer Road), to South Vineland Park on the right (across the street from Progresso Foods). If you have traveled to the stop sign you have gone too far.

Directions from Cape May County (Middle Township/Lower Cape May): Route 47 and 347 North to Route 55 North to Exit 29 Route 552 East (Sherman Avenue) follow the directions from Ocean City/Sea Isle City.

Directions from Atlantic County: Route 40 West to Richland Traffic Light turn left onto  (Route 540 West) 6 – 7 miles to the intersection of Route 540 and Lincoln Avenue turn left on Lincoln Avenue South to the 1st Traffic Light turn right on Chestnut Avenue through 2 Traffic lights, turn left at the 3rd Light (Main Road South). On Main Road travel South through 1 Traffic light to the next cross street (Elmer Road) turn right and continue through 2 Stop Signs. Continue for almost ½ mile and South Vineland Park is on the left across from Progresso Foods.
